DIRECT HIRE ROLE
This role will oversee design validation (DV) and production readiness activities for upcoming injector families, develop and correlate spray and flow test methods, and manage application and design work for new programs. The position works collaboratively with manufacturing, testing, and application teams to ensure on-time launches and robust product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design projects from concept through production readiness.
• Manage design validation (DV) testing and ensure readiness for production release.
• Develop, refine, and correlate spray and flow test methods.
• Create and release detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet manufacturability and launch requirements.
• Provide engineering support for customer and aftermarket applications while maintaining production efficiency.
• Identify and resolve product issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  
  Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in product design and validation, preferably within the automotive or fuel systems industry.
• Must have proven experience with GDI, design validation (DV), PPAP, and product launch processes.
• Strong understanding of fuel injection systems, flow and spray characterization, and test method development.
• Proficiency in CAD design tools and engineering documentation standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across engineering, manufacturing, and testing functions.
