We are a high-volume direct mail marketing company seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead production and manufacturing at our Greenville, SC facility. This role oversees all aspects of the manufacturing process, from planning and scheduling to personnel management and quality control. Relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and production processes.
• Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain and promote a productive, innovative team culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in production/manufacturing.
• Background in direct mail or high-volume print required.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with digital printing, inline finishing, and variable inkjet.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

This is a direct hire, long-term career opportunity, the starting base pay range is $120K-$125K plus benefits and incentives. Relocation assistance is available.
