Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Location: Greenville, SC
Shift: Swing/Rotating 7a-7p and 7p-7a (2-2-3 shift rotation days and nights, with training on 1st shift from 7AM to 3PM)
What's the Job?
Perform all duties of a Maintenance Technician to keep production and auxiliary equipment operational
Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and online resources
Utilize skills in pneumatics, PLC, machinery, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems
Participate in safety and regulatory training to ensure compliance and safety standards
Enter labor times and detailed resolutions into maintenance work orders, taking initiative to resolve issues independently
What's Needed?
Basic experience in maintenance or related field (no minimum experience required)
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude
Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC
Willingness to participate in safety training and follow safety protocols
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
