Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Greenville, SC

Shift: Swing/Rotating 7a-7p and 7p-7a (2-2-3 shift rotation days and nights, with training on 1st shift from 7AM to 3PM)

What's the Job?

• Perform all duties of a Maintenance Technician to keep production and auxiliary equipment operational

• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and online resources

• Utilize skills in pneumatics, PLC, machinery, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems

• Participate in safety and regulatory training to ensure compliance and safety standards

• Enter labor times and detailed resolutions into maintenance work orders, taking initiative to resolve issues independently

What's Needed?

• Basic experience in maintenance or related field (no minimum experience required)

• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude

• Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC

• Willingness to participate in safety training and follow safety protocols

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
