We are searching for a dependable & knowledgeable Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment within the manufacturing plant. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of mechanical systems, including extruders, mixers, blenders, air compressors, and other critical machinery.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Document maintenance activities and report equipment performance and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and performance improvements.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools for efficient operation.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest equipment and maintenance best practices.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a plant environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
