Manage coordination and supervision of various U-Haul Repair Shop Teams, i.e., preventive maintenance, trailer, detail, van body, etc. Read and interpret Electronic Pre-Inspection information. Maintain professionalism and a coaching disposition. Assisting repairing equipment using the appropriate tools, technologies and procedures in order to restore vehicles to proper working condition. Seek ways to improve business operation efficiencies and customer service. Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor. Repair Shop Lead Person Minimum Qualifications:Positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Familiarity with diagnostic tools. Understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics. Valid drivers license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
