Customer Care Analyst II You are a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with a clear commitment to creating a world-class customer service experience through proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include resolving customer inquiries pertaining to return authorizations and short shipments, damaged or lost shipments. You have a minimum of four to six years of prior working customer service experience and excel in a team environment. You have experience with long-term vendor interaction and can perform research as needed to facilitate prompt resolution based on policies and procedures.
