MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - As an IQA Inspector you will be responsible for the inspection of incoming components/materials (i.e. injection molded plastics, thermoformed plastics, metals, machined components, extrusions, and metal tubing), information for use (IF - Us), packaging, and labeling materials. Perform first article inspections required by the Incoming Quality Assurance lead. Conduct functional testing as required by component drawings and/or test instructions. Work in compliance to AVI Procedures and cGMP guidelines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures. Records inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures. Documents non-conformance's in Non-Conforming Material Review system. Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments....Quality Assurance, QA Supervisor, QA Inspector, Inspector, Inspection, Communications, Construction, Healthcare
