MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - As an IQA Inspector you will be responsible for the inspection of incoming components/materials (i.e. injection molded plastics, thermoformed plastics, metals, machined components, extrusions, and metal tubing), information for use (IF - Us), packaging, and labeling materials. Perform first article inspections required by the Incoming Quality Assurance lead. Conduct functional testing as required by component drawings and/or test instructions. Work in compliance to AVI Procedures and cGMP guidelines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures. Records inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures. Documents non-conformance's in Non-Conforming Material Review system.
