Setup and operate Automatic Machines to produce a variety of parts
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as comparators, indicators, calipers, height gauges, and micrometers, to inspect and adhere to close tolerance requirements
Read and interpret blueprints
Operate multiple machines simultaneously
Troubleshoot issues and make machine adjustments as needed
Maintain excellent quality and high efficiency
Follow all plant Safety procedures and regulations
Perform daily housekeeping duties to keep work area clean and organized
Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality System (e.g., applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process)
May be required to perform other tasks as needed by the Company
Essential Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
At least 1 year of experience with CNC Milling/Lathing operational experience
Familiar with 5S, lean manufacturing principles, and ISO standards
Strong math background, preferably in machine/shop math
Attentive to detail
Able to work in an environment of oil, coolant, and chips
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Automatic machine experience
Technical degree
