- Burns & McDonnells Mid-Atlantic region is looking for an Air Quality Project Manager to manage air permitting and compliance services to the power, industrial, commercial, transportation and manufacturing industries in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This position offers challenging work with significant project variety at a successful, industry-leading company and an opportunity for advancement in a dynamic, growing Air & Noise practice. The Environmental Air Specialist / Project Manager will work within our Environmental Services Global Practice and perform the following duties: Prepare air permit application packages and associated documentation. Conduct environmental site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state and federal air quality requirements. Perform emission calculations and estimates for routine emissions, as well as greenhouse gas and maintenance, start-up and shutdown emissions.
