CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift (DIRECT HIRE)

Location: Greer, SC
Pay: Up to $27.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4:00 pm - 2:00 am)

What You'll Do:

  • Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes
  • Edit and troubleshoot G-code & M-code for precision machining
  • Perform machine setups & tool changes for frequent part changeovers
  • Dry-run parts in single block mode to ensure program accuracy
  • Conduct first-article inspections and document dimensions for ISO compliance
  • Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure quality
  • Perform routine machine maintenance - check oil, lubricants, coolant levels
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to troubleshoot and adjust programs
What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill-turn, multi-spindle preferred)
  • Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machines
  • Strong G-code & M-code programming skills
  • Experience with frequent part changeovers & custom machining
  • Comfortable working independently on 2nd shift (minimal supervision)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. & work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Experience with Nakamura JX-250, Mori Seiki, Star CNC machines
  • 5-axis or 6-axis CNC experience
  • ISO documentation experience
