Our client seeks a motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join their sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, introduce our products/services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage prospects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
  • Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their potential as clients.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on lead availability and salesperson schedules.
  • Enter accurate and detailed information about leads and appointments into the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to keep them engaged.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary information about scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain a record of daily call activities, including calls made and appointments scheduled.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends to address prospect inquiries effectively.
