Additive Manufacturing Technician (Metal 3D Printing)

Adecco is looking for an Additive Manufacturing Technician to be part of a cutting-edge manufacturing team supporting advanced metal additive manufacturing. As an Additive Manufacturing Technician, you'll work hands-on with industrial 3D printers, ensuring safe, efficient production while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain metal 3D printers during builds
• Perform printer cleanouts, powder handling, sieving, and storage
• Complete visual quality inspections and document results in MES
• Support preventive maintenance, calibrations, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with powder removal, wire EDMs, build plate machining, and related operations
• Perform material handling and "water spider" duties to support workflow
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve issues and improve processes
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and safety-driven continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• Associate degree in CNC Machining, Welding, Mechatronics, or related field with 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Ability to safely handle metal powders and wear required PPE, including PAPR
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Physical ability to stand/walk up to 6 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and work on/around equipment

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m.
