As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations within the hotel and/or resort environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including guest areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other key access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.

+ Document and report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to appropriate personnel.

+ Work collaboratively with hotel and/or resort staff to address concerns and support a welcoming environment for guests.

+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols for incident response, documentation, and communication.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
