As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for the PC-CVRM Primary Care Team, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives!
Develop and demonstrate knowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to effectively support healthcare professionals.
Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals, highlighting value and benefits of products.
Execute call plans and brand strategies by translating data to actionable insights, aligning with overall business objectives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, support development of insightful and actionable business plans that effectively achieve and exceed sales targets.
Establish and nurture relationships and builds credibility with primary care healthcare professionals to effectively position products.
Leverage multiple channels including digital platforms and face to face engagements to drive meaningful customer interactions, increasing product awareness and facilitating adoption.
Collaborate effectively with territory teammates, district partners, and functional teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales efforts across the territory.
Adapt to and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the AZ Selling Model, ensuring alignment with organizational selling strategies.
Be open to receiving guidance and actively seek insights for personal and professional growth, continually enhancing sales effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree
0 - 2+ years of demonstrated Sales or B2B, or Commercial experience
A valid driver's license and safe driving record
Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
