Essential Functions of the Position

The essential functions of the position include:

• Metal working techniques such as grinding, filing, etc.
• Beater and Dolly for prototype panel and engineering changes on existing and new products.
• Methods of spoons and their usage.
• Specialized tools such as panel beater, grid dolly, etc.
• Follow all plant safety rules and regulations
• Assure that all parts that leave the Metal Finish area meet customer specification and quality standards.
• Follow work instructions to insure TS16949 and ISO 14000-01 standards are being met.
• Must be able to work with little supervision and be a self-starter.
• Must have good housekeeping practices.
• Perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements

The position requirements include:

• 100% Standing, walking, and lifting
• Physically fit and able to lift 25 - 35 pounds
• Must stand 8+ hours a day
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to two years related experience and/or training in metal finishing.

Compensation

USD $24.48 - $27.35/hr.

Shift

2nd: 3PM-11:15PM and 3rd: 11PM-7:15AM
