Location: Greenville, SC
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(Saturdays may be required)
Training: Must be available for 1st shift training (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - may last up to a few weeks
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour - Room to Grow!

About the Position

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Furnace Operator to join our team in Greenville, SC. This position plays a key role in the production process and requires strong attention to detail, excellent reading comprehension, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal parts into the furnace (up to 50 lbs)
• Operate furnace and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Organize and document production output as required
• Record data on paper (no computer data entry)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience (metal fabrication experience translates well)
• Strong manufacturing or warehouse work history showing longevity with past employers
• Must be able to follow instructions carefully
• Excellent attention to detail and strong reading comprehension
• Comfortable performing physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Dependable and safety-conscious
