What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity during patrols and/or while monitoring assigned areas.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address questions and provide assistance as needed.
+ Document and report incidents, observations, and any maintenance or security-related concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site-specific guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
