Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
• Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and piping schemes to diagnose issues
• Identify and source necessary parts for repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers about problems, solutions, and costs
• Prepare for installations by reviewing building layouts and project requirements
• Utilize company-provided tools and devices (e.g., iPhone, power tools)
• Process invoices and payments directly in the field
• Promote company products and services through honest recommendations
• Submit accurate timecards and service documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Skilled in HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Proficient in reading wiring schematics and equipment manuals
• Physically capable of lifting 100 lbs, climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, and working in tight spaces
• EPA or NATE certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset

• Monday to Friday
