Job Summary

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to take ownership of your success? Do want to use your interpersonal skills to foster productive, impactful relationships with customers? We are looking for an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Sales Executive with a challenger mindset to sell strategic business outcomes with long-term, high-growth engagements.

You will be a key member of a cross-functional team that is responsible for owning and driving the go-to-market strategy for your territory and leading the sales cycle.

Godlan's desire is to build lasting, quality relationships with customers. As a Sales Executive, you will meet with prospects to understand their products, culture, organizational structure, and business requirements. The Sales Exec will co-develop and execute pre-sales strategies with Godlan Professional Services, Marketing & Management. The strategy will best advise each prospect as to how Godlan can assist them in achieving their business goals and objectives. The result of these efforts will be to record all such information into Godlan's Salesforce CRM system and achieve the financial objectives as defined for the territory.

Your Impact

  • You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics for new business sales.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement in partnership with the Business Development team.
  • Engage with prospects to position SyteLine ERP and Prophecy IoT solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives Partners, etc.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling SyteLine solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
What you will need to be successful
  • Experience in selling Software as a Service, ideally with ERP software experience
  • Success in leading complex and commercially significant sales to business leaders within Manufacturing Industry
  • Consistent attainment of sales targets
  • Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building your business from the ground up
  • An active listener with business acumen to deeply understand our customer's challenges
  • Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • A highly collaborative team player with client-first mentality

What you'll bring
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant ERP sales experience
  • Confidence in working independently within defined policies and procedures
  • A successful sales track record
  • Infor knowledge and/or knowledge of Infor's competitors
  • Experience interacting with C-level players
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • The flexibility to travel to customers as needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Attain Quarterly and Annual Quota
  • Manage complex ERP & IoT Sales Cycles within an assigned geographic territory
  • Create relationships with strategic groups including selection consultants
  • Keep Salesforce CRM system updated daily with activity notes and forecast updates
  • Collaborate with Customers, Godlan Pre-sales, Godlan Engagement Managers and Godlan Professional Services in the creation of Software Sales Orders, Project Proposals, Statements of Work and Project Plans.
  • Establish Referenceable Accounts
  • Create and maintain relationships with Strategic Partners, Private Equity Groups, and Selection Consultants
