Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing / Order Management / Client Support

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

What You Get to Do:

• Schedule and manage customer orders, including resolving purchase order discrepancies.
• Implement changes to sales orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Review engineering change notices on in-process orders and advise customers.
• Assist with product returns and coordinate replacement orders when necessary.
• Maintain strong communication during order placement, acceptance, and follow-through.
• Help train new Customer Service Representatives as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Associate degree or 2-3 years of customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone skills with excellent active listening abilities.
• Ability to handle customer issues with poise, professionalism, and urgency.
• Above-average proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, databases).
• Strong problem-solving skills, data gathering, and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working independently or in a team setting.
