Location: Duncan, SC
Pay Rate: $ 18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch 12:00-12:30)
Assignment Type: Temporary (3 months)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Desired Start Date: December 25, 2025

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Driver / Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse and plant operations by safely moving, storing, and shipping materials.

  • Handle and distribute materials from shipping and receiving areas
  • Pull and stock parts accurately for production areas
  • Pack wooden and overpack boxes and load customer orders for shipment
  • Operate industrial lift trucks safely and efficiently
  • Perform inventory transactions, shipping, and receiving tasks
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for equipment
  • Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience
  • 2+ years of forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to use a computer for data entry and inventory tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures in English
Physical Requirements
  • Wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses)
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and climb throughout the shift
  • Lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs with assistance
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations and occasional exposure to industrial fumes
Additional Information
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and fitness-for-duty test
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed; training will be provided
Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
