Job Description
Lead a dedicated team in the materials department during the 3rd shift. Oversee shipping and receiving duties, including operating a sit-down forklift, and manage the loading and unloading of trucks. Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts and proper item placement. Perform picking and packing tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members as necessary.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the team in the materials department.
Oversee shipping and receiving operations.
Operate a sit-down forklift and electric tugger for material movement.
Manage loading and unloading of trucks.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
Perform picking and packing tasks.
Delegate tasks to team members.
Essential Skills
Expertise in materials handling and inventory management.
Proficiency in operating forklifts and electric tuggers.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
Knowledge of ERP systems and data entry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with shipping and freight management software.
Skills in labeling, production, and supply chain processes.
Familiarity with packaging, pallet jacks, and bills of lading.

Work Environment
Work hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday to Thursday, with overtime as needed. This role involves working in a materials department during the 3rd shift, utilizing various equipment such as forklifts and electric tuggers.
