We are seeking a Financial Services Specialist to join a well-established company here in Greenville! Responsibilities include: accurately posting cash transactions and ensuring all entries align with company protocols; performing data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records; processing litigation-related payments and resolving discrepancies as needed; investigating and addressing cash handling issues to guarantee proper account reconciliation; collaborating with team members to ensure seamless servicing and account management; utilizing Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage financial data effectively; monitoring account activities and maintaining access to cash and accounts; supporting the team in resolving financial servicing issues promptly and efficiently; and preparing and maintaining records for audits and compliance purposes. Additional information includes a great team/culture, in-office work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, business casual/casual attire, and free parking (downtown office). Temporary to hire requirements include proven experience in accounting or a related field, proficiency in data entry, the ability to resolve issues independently and work collaboratively with a team, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
