Client Services Representative

We are looking for a dedicated client services representative for our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding client experiences while managing a range of financial services and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing detailed information on financial products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and personalized communication.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Oversee client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account updates, and balance inquiries.
• Partner with financial advisors to ensure client activities align with their financial strategies and goals.
• Maintain accurate and current client records.
• Follow up on pending client requests to ensure timely and complete resolutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client services, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with financial processes such as wire transfers, rollovers, and account updates.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for record management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and financial advisors.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols for handling sensitive client information.
• Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite and preparing client-facing materials.
