What You'll Do
Lead multidisciplinary land development projects from concept to completion. Oversee site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and designers. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and contractors to move projects forward efficiently. Balance technical precision with project deadlines - and have the autonomy to make it happen.
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) 8+ years of experience in land development or site civil design Strong technical background in grading, utilities, stormwater, and permitting Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple active projects Looking for a long-term home where performance, not bureaucracy, drives success
