Job Title: Water / Wastewater PE
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Hybrid Position in Greenville, SC

Job Overview:
This is an opportunity to join our expanding Greenville office, where you'll be contributing to a high-performing utility team with a robust backlog, steady growth, and low staff turnover. This role is ideal for an early- to mid-career engineer looking to deepen technical skills, broaden experience, and build a long-term path in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering design support on Water, Wastewater, and reclaimed water projects across Northwest Florida and the Gulf Coast.
  • Perform hydraulic evaluations, design calculations, plan and profile drafting, and specification development.
  • Support permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Conduct field investigations, attend client meetings, and assist with construction-phase services.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and senior engineers to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Stay current on local utility agency standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 2-6+ years of experience in utility infrastructure design for Water / Wastewater including pipelines, pump stations, or treatment facilities.
  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred or in pursuit of
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and hydraulic modeling tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving and criminal background.
Big Bonus Points if you Have:
  • 5+ years of hands-on design experience in water/wastewater systems.
  • Experience with plan and detail production, permit submittals, and coordination with reviewing agencies.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes with local municipalities.
  • Proficiency in Civil3D and/or Revit.

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $100,000 - $145,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
