Shifts and Pay Rates Available:Senior Forklift Operator (Cherry Picker or Turret):$25.50 per hour (+ $.75 shift differential for Weekend Shift)Night (Q) Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 4:30am Our attractive benefits package include:Health, vision, dental, Rx benefitsUp to 160 hours FTO per year401K matching programHoliday pay50% off adidas.com discountPurpose: Safely operate any assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker / cherry picker as well as other powered equipment to move product around the distribution center. Accurately process orders in and out of the distribution center.Key Responsibilities: Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisorUtilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded productsIdentify and communicate inventory exceptions to the leadership teamFollow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperworkFlexibility to train and work in multiple areasUnderstand and apply health and safety guidelines/proceduresWork safely and maintain a clean work environmentIdentify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concernsParticipate in Lean Six Sigma activitiesOther duties as assignedKey Relationships: Forklift supervisors and leadsOperations shift managementOther internal departmentsKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, reach truck, etc.Basic math skillsAbility to communicate both verbally and written in EnglishRegularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/dayAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesAbility to reliably attend work/scheduled hoursOccasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, or crouchRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum of six (6) months previous experience operating forkliftsAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredRequired to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
