Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide assistance.
• Guide customers through loan application processes, ensuring all steps are completed accurately.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach while soliciting customers and promoting services.
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, coordinating necessary steps with the company.
• Support customers by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Perform accurate order entry and maintain detailed records of interactions.
• Uphold company standards by following established protocols for communication and service.
• Assist with background, drug, and credit checks as required during the hiring process.
• Provide clear and consistent updates to customers and team members regarding application status.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.
• Proficiency in order entry and maintaining detailed records.
• Willingness to complete licensing requirements as directed by the company.
• Familiarity with call center operations is preferred.
• Must pass background, drug, and credit checks as part of the hiring process.
