Job Summary
Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Business Transformation, the Director - Growth and Transformation serves in a dynamic leadership role, combining the growth, transofrmation, and integration needs of Prisma Health, working with our operational leaders throughout the organization. The Director - Growth and Transformation will serve as a lifecycle methodology expert for integration and standardization of transaction-related processes. This team member is responsible for management and oversight of the below activities for any new services, new strategic partnerships and system growth activities. They will lead all growth efforts related to onboarding of new partners to include:Essential Functions

Management and oversight of integration and transformation activities, functional area playbook creation, operational playbook creation and use, planning and integration support for all new partnerships and services.
Leads systemness and synergy initiatives including project management, facilitation and process oversight.
Assists in the business term development with new incoming partners, partnering closely with our legal team resources.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of executed business contracts as well as develops necessary reporting requirements and tools for executive leadership consumption.
Participates in strategic and operational planning to design and implement, evaluate future programmatic needs. Demonstrates visionary, innovative and creative thinking in organizational planning.
Oversees resources involved in integration work, and will need to align resources for each engagement and monitor progress towards common goals.
Develops best practices and tools for new partnership management as well as develops and maintains associated onboarding/integration playbooks.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or clinically relevant field of study.
Experience - Seven (7) years of leadership experience in Healthcare.Five (5) years of experience in growth, transformation, or integration activities.
