Building and Grounds Specialist II
Overall Goal of Position:
Keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly; maintains all landscaping, internal and external painting and help make OurRecipe@SauerBrands:

Job Summary
Primary focus is to perform specialty task required for building maintenance and assist contractors. Provide other building maintenance where needed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Welding and Fabrication (+5 year's experience)
Proficient in MIG, Stick and Tig(Stainless and aluminum) welding.
Pipe fitting
Route, fabricate and install new sanitary and steam line.
Certification preferred
Material inventory
OR
Wastewater (+2 year's experience)
Operate DAF
Pump changeouts
Chemical testing and correction
Record keeping and insuring permit compliance
Chemical inventory
License holder
OR
HVAC (+2 year's experience)
Ammonia system knowledge
HVAC knowledge
Install/removals
Repairs
Preventive maintenance
Perform good housekeeping practices in all work areas.
Order and maintain necessary inventory of supplies.
Assist in other mechanical duties as required.
Preventive maintenance and work orders
Confined space entry of tanks and rigging.
Complete any and all tasks given by department management.
