Execute KidSpring Missions, Pillars and Standards while aligning it with the overall vision of NewSpring Church
Stay relationally unified with the Campus Pastor, Campus Staff, and Ministry Support teams
Assist KidSpring Director in developing assigned Ministry Area Leaders, focused on personal, spiritual, and professional development as outlined in our Leader Playbook
Assist KidSpring Director in building ministry teams through recruiting and retaining volunteers
Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
Additional Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and maintain KidSpring environments that are safe and fun, where kids can learn about Jesus on their level.
Meet with teams on consistent rhythms.
Maintain accurate rosters in Rock (NewSpring Church's data management system) while knowing and recruiting for specific roles that exist inside each team.
Uphold standards of data integrity with the use of Rock workflows, updated person profiles, and accurate weekly attendance for kids and volunteers.
Be visibly present in KidSpring while engaging with volunteers, parents, and kids.
Create, organize and mobilize volunteers to execute events for connection among families at our campus.

This role is full-time time 40 hours per week.
This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs. Standard schedule is:
Sunday: 7:00am-2:00pm
Monday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Thursday: Flexible 8hrs, including 5:00-9:00pm for the Thursday night GVL gathering
