GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the MAN - Maintenance department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
Perform complex maintenance tasks in such areas as carpentry, electricity, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing boiler operation and energy plant operations. Follow proper operating, maintenance and safety procedures. Initiate preventative maintenance, recommend improvements to increase efficiency of equipment. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent and general maintenance experience related to the area of employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma and experience in the maintenance of HVAC systems or in the operations of mechanical and building control systems, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
