SUMMARY
North American Rescue is seeking an experienced International Sales Coordinator to support its international growth strategy, serving international allied armed forces and first responders. This position serves as a critical liaison between field sales, customers, and internal stakeholders, meaning the role involves both customer-facing and internal relationships.
* This is an in-office only role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is not an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities. Projects/duties may be added as needed.
* Act as primary liaison between regional sales directors in the field and internal support teams (customer service, regulatory affairs, product management)
* Monitor, track and coordinate responses to INTL tenders and RFPS
* Work with sales, regulatory and legal to ensure all bid documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time
* Liaise with internal departments to gather all necessary documentation
* Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for international initiatives
* Assist in monitoring bid-boards as international platforms become available.
* Maintain and update SP with crucial INTL data in collaboration with internal teams
* Track bid win/loss metrics for sales leadership
* Support new market development initiatives in partnership with regional sales directors.
* Assist with market research and competitive analysis for international opportunities
* Coordinate with product management on international market requirements and specifications
* Work from home may be required on weekends or after hours
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Completes any tasks and/or projects assigned by supervisor
* Other duties as assigned
ACCOUNTABILITY
* Serve as the central point of contact between regional sales directors and internal teams to support international sales initiatives, bids, and market development efforts.
* Coordinate and manage international tender and RFP processes, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and effective cross-functional collaboration.

* This role has no direct reports
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
* 3-5 years of experience in customer service and inside sales, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
* Prior experience working with customers in international/non-US markets.
Specific Characteristics
* Strong project management and coordination skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools
* Ability to work collaboratively across internal departments in the office and with colleagues in remote environments
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Knowledge of international military/defense markets or government contracting
* Basic knowledge of international regulatory standards or the ability to learn/understand these terms.
DEMANDS
Time and Availability
* Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours each week from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or some variation thereof
* Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
* Work from home may be required on weekends or after hours
Travel
* Must have transportation to and from headquarters in Greer, South Carolina
* Valid US Passport
* Able to travel up to <15%.
