Property Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the property management industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be an integral part of the Property Management department, supporting the daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Location: Greenville, SC

Pay Range: $22/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services to uphold property standards and tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage lease agreements, rent collections, and financial documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
