Payroll Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. Responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Handle payroll functions for in-house operations, including manual calculations and adjustments as necessary.
• Process weekly payroll for employees, maintaining efficiency and timeliness.
• Reconcile payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Calculate and apply local payroll taxes in accordance with applicable laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Monitor and update payroll systems to reflect changes in employee status or tax regulations.
• Assist with payroll procedures for smaller teams, including those under 100 employees.

Requirements include:

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-state operations.
