Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Technician to join their team onsite in Greenville, SC and provide end-user support. This resource will be provided a cell phone and laptop. The ideal candidate must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform account management and maintenance for various applications and systems (e.g., creates or modifies user accounts and permissions, and performs password resets)
• Consistently provide and update notes, feedback, or documentation via the appropriate ticketing systems to track and monitor issues
• Communicate with customers at all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets
• Follow-up with end users to provide status updates as per service level guidelines (SLA's)

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience servicing printers
• Experience with wide format printers a plus
• Must be able to troubleshoot and install PC / Kiosk, Point of sale devices and printers
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $17.20 - $23.65 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
