NEW Histology Supervisor Opportunity
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

About the Role
Seeking an experienced Histology Supervisor to lead daily operations and support a high-performing histology team. You'll oversee workflow, staff development, and quality assurance while also performing routine histology duties such as embedding, microtomy, special stains, and IHC.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the histology team; participate in hiring, training, and ongoing development
  
• Coach, motivate, and evaluate staff; address performance issues as needed
  
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and communicative work environment
  
• Oversee workflow and productivity; adjust assignments to meet operational needs
  
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and quality
  
• Perform embedding, microtomy, special stains, and IHC; troubleshoot and validate antibodies

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Associate's degree preferred
  
• Maintains appropriate continuing education
  
• ASCP Certification in Histology preferred
  

• Over one year of supervisory experience
  
• Over 5 years of experience in Histology required
