As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for interpreting and following Manufacturing and Inspection Procedures (MIPs) and work orders. You will prepare mold or tool surfaces with release film, wax, and other products, utilizing pre-preg lamination techniques. This role involves preparing products for vacuum bagging, applying, storing, and disposing of composite materials according to OSHA regulations. A focus on zero defects and a 'right-the-first-time' approach is essential. You will inspect finished products for specification conformance, complete necessary documentation, and ensure laminate surfaces are free from defects. Compliance with safety directives and the ability to sand/trim composite materials to precise dimensions is required.
