We provide tailored support to more than 700 nonprofit organizations annually and operate with over 600 professionals across 18 offices in the United States and Europe. Our services include Campaign Management, Strategy, Evaluation & Planning, Interim Development Management, Learning & Leadership Development, and Data Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop work plans, timetables, and customized materials
  • Manage and train groups of volunteers
  • Track and analyze fundraising progress
  • Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices
  • Provide insight into industry-wide philanthropic trends
  • Work on-site at Catholic Parish Monday–Friday, with occasional nights and weekends

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to relocate within the Southeast Region for assignments and work on-site, including nights and occasional weekends
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong storytelling and public speaking skills
  • Keen business sense demonstrated in professional or academic environments
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Commitment to supporting volunteer efforts to ensure a positive campaign experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle

SALARY RANGE: $60,000 – $90,000

The exact salary varies within the range based on years of relevant experience and education.
