The Data Products Analyst plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making for our clients and across the organization. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to deliver and support business operations, focusing on democratizing data and building robust analytics solutions. The Data Products Analyst will develop client-facing data solutions, enhance internal analytics, and streamline processes to drive efficiency.
Serve as an expert for client-facing Data Analytics and Reporting:
Support internal analytics needs for engineering and operations.
Take active role in improving data analytics processes and workflows:
Enable cross-functional collaboration:
Improve operational efficiencies:
Maintain and enhance a centralized dictionary of data sources, processes, and data flows.
Optimize data processes to reduce complexity and improve performance.
Document data workflows and processes for business continuity and transparency.
Adhere to data governance requirements and best practices.
Identify and address technical debt within data pipelines and systems.
Share knowledge and best practices for efficient code and architectural principles, actively take part in cross-team education on data analytics best practices.
Manage and democratize data:
Champion usage of latest AI and LLMs for data analytics:
Strategic planning and support:
Ensure successful data operations:
Actively learn new and emerging technologies related to data analytics, BI and AI.

(Colorado & California Only*): The posted annual salary range is of $85,000.00 - $110,000.00. This base pay is for illustrative purposes only and will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
