Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with material handling, supporting machine operators, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Helper
**Location:** Greenville, SC
**Pay Range: $20/hr**
**Shift: 7p-7a rotating nights**
**What's the Job?**
+ Move, stage, and organize raw materials and finished goods for production lines
+ Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, and equipment
+ Assist machine operators with basic tasks such as feeding materials, packing, and labeling
+ Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all safety protocols
+ Perform light lifting (up to 50 lbs) and repetitive tasks
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical work
+ Basic math and reading skills for inventory and documentation
+ Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
+ Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE is a plus
