What You'll Do as an (Job Title):

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse/inventory area. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to both manage processes and personally execute tasks. You will ensure that all inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
  • Ensure all packing slips and delivery documents are properly checked, recorded, and submitted.
  • Perform checks on outbound orders to minimize errors in picking and packing, ensuring the highest quality of service.
  • Spend a significant portion of time performing hands-on tasks, including preparing orders for shipment.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Update inventory records and notify management of low stock levels or discrepancies.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and maintaining necessary records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the warehouse and other departments (e.g., Customer Service, Management).
Skills and Experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
