Job Opportunity

Ensure robust product compliance governance and enforcement

Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the entire adhesives technologies product portfolio

Enforce regulatory standards across all product lines in alignment with the Global Product Compliance Head for Adhesive Technologies

Conduct independent reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to product compliance standards

Plan and execute compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies & procedures compliance controls

Collaborate with various departments and lead projects to ensure data architecture and digital solutions adhere to compliance requirements

Develop and deliver product compliance training programs on mindset and best practices

Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Legal or similar

Several years of experience (min. 5) in Audit, Consulting, Riskmanagement, Compliance, Governance or similar roles

Very good project management skills as well as strong conceptual skills including data architecture

Strong analytical skills including visualization of data and knowledge about quality and risk management principles

Customer centric mindset and strong ability to establish common ground with stakeholders

Fluent in German and English
