The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of product distribution. This position oversees daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The Lead is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and collaborating with clinical departments to meet patient care needs. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Manage inbound and outbound logistics (receiving, shipping, returns). Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to hospital departments. Monitor and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock. Inventory Control Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits. Maintain inventory management systems Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock records. Track expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly.
