The customer readiness specialist is responsible for completing their assigned duties that are essential in ensuring the location is 100% customer-ready. This includes but is not limited to; ensuring delivery of superior customer service, maintaining a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors, and adhering to and enforcing all company programs, policies, and procedures. Pressure wash the car wash and clean out drain and trough areas to ensure no clogs occur. Pressure wash sidewalks and parking spots and under canopy as needed. Detail and clean mulch areas, rock beds, and retention ponds. Clean and pressure wash the dumpster area. Clean Ice machines and propane cages. Inspect the canopy, security cameras andlighting.
