What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate and complete projects across various functional areas within the Community & State Member Outreach and Touchpoint Engine (MOTE)
• Define and report on performance results to ensure quality execution of delivered materials
• Track and develop best practices and requirements tailored to each State's unique needs
• Promote MOTE process best practices and provide subject matter expertise in project management
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 1+ years of experience working in a Project Manager or similar role
• Experience working with a project management platform
• Basic proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Proven ability to assess and interpret customer needs and manage multiple projects
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience working in a high-volume role
• 1+ years of experience in a heavily regulated industry
• Experience working with Adobe Workfront
• Experience with Medicaid
