What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional customer support on the primary temporary housing line, assisting policyholders, adjusters, and partners
• Handle inbound calls and process hotel extensions while addressing billing?related questions
• Accurately enter new housing claims into the system and monitor inbound emails for claim inquiries
• Update and maintain the hotel database for accuracy and uniformity
• Audit hotel folios and related claims for billing accuracy and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
• Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, and financial services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong problem?solving and organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the insurance or finance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
