Promotes optimal social and emotional functioning of children and families through direct and indirect services, i.e., psychosocial screening and assessment, targeted interventions, community resource linkages and referrals. Builds professional relationships with community, healthcare, and social services partners. Works together with project partners, business community and other professionals. Essential Functions.
