Planning & Sourcing Manage the planning process in Oracle ERP, ensuring timely and cost-effective availability of materials. Work with suppliers to align planning requirements, negotiate lead times, and maintain quality and delivery commitments. Ensure supplier compliance with company policies and contractual terms. Partner with suppliers to address lead times, capacity, and performance issues. Purchase Order (PO) Management Create, review, and approve Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle while ensuring alignment with demand planning and budget constraints. Monitor open POs and expedite orders to meet production schedules. Address PO exceptions and discrepancies, including price mismatches and delivery delays. Ensure adherence to company planning and Oracle purchasing guidelines. Work Order Number (WON) Management Create, review, and release Work Orders (WO - Ns) in Oracle to align with the production schedule.
