Patient Access Representative – Remote (Washington or Idaho)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping patients access the care they need? We're looking for a Patient Access Representative to join our dynamic inbound appointing and messaging center. This is a remote opportunity for candidates residing in Washington or Idaho. - Must be within 60 miles of Renton, Spokane, Capitol Hill, Bellevue, or Tacoma.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and providers. Your responsibilities include:
Scheduling appointments and managing provider templates in EPIC
Answering inbound calls and routing messages to care teams
Processing referrals and verifying patient demographics and insurance coverage
Maintaining accurate appointment schedules and supporting specialty care services

What We're Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of high-end customer service (hospitality or retail preferred)
1+ year in a call center environment
Bonus: Experience in a medical office or patient access role
Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress effectively
Computer savvy and comfortable with multiple systems
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Technical & Workspace Requirements
Reliable internet: 20 Mbps download / 8–10 Mbps upload (wired connection required)
Quiet, private workspace to protect patient health information (PHI)
Must reside in Washington or Idaho during employment
Client provides all necessary equipment (computer, monitors, headset, webcam)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
